Usage & performance:
The pot is pressed and welded by quality stainless steel board, and emulsifying process of emulsifying pot is processed under entire enclosed condition to prevent pollution of dust and micro-organism.Emulsified product is featured by brightness and smoothness. Material of the pot produces centrifugation in homogenizer through high-speed cutting mixing, dual-direction mixing, deasil frame mixing, anticlockwise mixing,scratch board agitator to make tetrafluoroethylene scratch board clung to wall and solve pasted material on inner wall, without blind spot. Ideal variable frequency speed regulation device implement stepless speed regulation. This equipment is equipped with unique integrated inspection window and enclosed-type illuminating lamp for observing emulsifying status. Three-jacketing structure, and heating and cooling are implemented in the same jacketing. External cover of jacketing is coated aluminium silicate to prevent operators from scald and ensure safety production. And the body have inlet and outlet of cooling water. diverse package joints on pot cap, users can choose the following devices: aseptic air breather, material inspirator, vacuum pump joint, cleaning ball, CPI joint, micro element inlet, integrated inspection window, vacuum gauge.Pot bottom has a bottom valve, upholding pot cap in discharging, manual toppling, above 90 degree flip angle, or outlet materical through pressing at pot bottom.Adopting steam heating (electrical heating available) featured by 0.25Mpa pressure resistanceinside pot, 0.3Mpa pressure resistance of jacketing, fine polishing inside and outside pot is up to GMPstandard.
Vacuum system is utilized name-brand water-circulating vacuum pump mated with oil and water separator to ensure sufficient vacuum absorption. Vacuum pimp joint is adopted speedy connecting type, and connecting tube is made of sanitary stainless steel tube. Electric centralized control cabinet:80V working voltage, 50Hz, ABB dynamo, has Autonics intelligent digital temperature control adjuster, Convo/Delta frequency converter control adjuster, Autonics digital timer and Schneider electronics(optional). Dynamo and electric appliances are equipped with home or foreign made products in accordance with demands of users.
